Summer Team Interest Form: This form is for teams who wish to apply to become an official team of the Midwest Suburban League. You will be contacted within 48 hours of your submission. For more information on our league, visit the League Info section of our website. You may use this form to sign up for the Fall League, Youth League and Tournaments. Please state in comments what you are signing up for.
Fall Ball Tournament Team Interest form: This form is for teams who wish to apply for the Midwest Suburban League Fall Ball Tournament. The Fall Ball Tournament is a fall tournament for the bragging rights for the Chicago baseball circuit. All leagues are welcome to participate in bringing your All-Star Team to play. Start up will be the Labor Day Weekend, then moving through the month of September, ending on the last week of September with the semi-finals and championship being played at Boomers Stadium in Schaumberg, IL. Based on a 11 team Entry, everyone will play each other once, ending with the top 4 records playing the National Division and the next 4 Playing the American. Cash payouts to the winners of both Divisions, along with the Windy City Title Crystal award. You must be able to play some games at 7:30 on some weeknights. YouthTeam Interest Form:
This a excellent chance for managers to bring their team to an alternative to tournament ball, at a cost that is affordable per player, local fields, limited travel, the full baseball experience, individual awards, championship rings, all-star game in a stadium, championship game in stadium, a regular season game in a stadium, quality fields all local, start up Memorial Day weekend, finish 2nd weekend in August. More info soon. Need 6 teams to start, we have 3 so far.
College Team Interest Form: The MSL College League will consist of a 25 game schedule, starting the Memorial Day weekend, and ending the first week of August. There will be week night as well as weekend games, with a double elimination playoff format. More Info
